Compliance Violation Procedure
Why Angels In Your Home Facilitator relies on the vigilance and support of the AIYH community to identify and address compliance issues effectively.
Compliance violations may include, but are not limited to:
- Fraud
- Waste
- Abuse
- Inappropriate billing, coding, or documentation
- Improper claim submissions
- HIPAA and patient privacy issues
- Conflicts of interest
- Violations of the Code of Conduct
Reporting Compliance Concerns
All compliance matters must be routed directly through PPL. Reports can be made anonymously; while providing your name may assist if follow-up information is required, it is not mandatory. If you choose to disclose your identity, please complete the official reporting form and submit it directly to the PPL Compliance Department for review.
If you prefer to remain anonymous: No further action is necessary beyond calling the hotline.
Angels In Your Home Facilitator enforces a strict Non-Retaliation and Non-Intimidation Policy, ensuring protection for all individuals who report activities that may breach laws, regulations, and company policies. This protection extends to current and former officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and Medicaid program beneficiaries receiving services from AIYH. Every report is taken seriously and thoroughly reviewed to ensure appropriate action is taken.

Under the PPL model, dedicated HR professionals provide comprehensive support to ensure effective program management. All HR concerns and inquiries should be routed directly to PPL. HR coordinators are responsible for maintaining strict compliance with all relevant laws, medical regulations, and record-keeping standards. If you are experiencing any issues or have questions regarding program requirements, PPL is available to provide the necessary assistance and resolution.
